Gallery - Playful Piecing

I love to play with color and texture. The center 9-patch on point had been originally created for a workshop. I decided that I wanted a lap quilt rather than a wall quilt, so played with value and a neutral pallet and added borders of wonderfully textured fabrics to complete this fun lap quilt.
