Playing with design ideas - what happens when you take a single shape, twist and turn it, then use a polychromatic color combination against a dark valued background to complete the design? Next, fracture that design for added complexity. 3-dimensional quilted pieces attached to a whole-cloth quilted background complete the quilt.

This piece is constructed using my Picture Image Appliqué process.
