Full Day
Beginners-Advanced
Are you confused about color? Do you rely on the quilt shop staff when choosing fabrics for your quilts because you lack the confidence? Quilters take classes to learn to piece blocks and learn new quilting designs, now we need to take time to learn more about color. During the morning, we will play with glue, fabric and scissors, then in the afternoon, we will take our favorite color choices and create a small wall hanging or students can continue their morning color exploration. Using the color wheel as a reference, we will explore topics such as value, contrast, color families and more. By manipulating fabric with scissors and glue we see immediate results of our fabric choices. Come discover a new color confidence!
