Out on a Limb- Textural Picture Image Applique

Out on a Limb

Out on a Limb -Textural Picture Image Applique

Full Day workshop
Confident Beginner-advanced

Wendy loves texture in her quilts—the more texture the better. Using the theme of trees and nature,
numerous texturing techniques will be explored- Texture Magic, tulle and fold and tucking. A portion of the
workshop will be dedicated to show and tell and demonstrations of some new texture ideas to inspire
future projects with an added discussion on specialty threads. We will then break out the sewing
machines for some hands-on play which will include the use of “Texture Magic", and fold and tuck
texturing to make Wendy’s “Tiny Tree Landscape. “
